Refund and Returns Policy

Aspen Education Sdn Bhd (The KIDS Academy)

1. General Policy

All fees paid to Aspen Education Sdn Bhd (The KIDS Academy), whether made directly to the centre or through any third-party introducer, agent, or partner, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Scope of Fees

This non-refundable policy applies to all payments, including but not limited to:

  • Registration and enrolment fees
  • Tuition fees (monthly, term-based, or annual)
  • Deposits
  • Material or resource fees
  • Event, workshop, or programme fees
  • Any other charges related to services provided by the centre

3. No Refund Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in any of the following situations, including but not limited to:

  • Student withdrawal or discontinuation of classes for any reason
  • Absence due to illness, travel, or personal commitments
  • Dissatisfaction with programmes, teaching methods, or outcomes
  • Change of mind after enrolment or payment
  • Relocation or scheduling conflicts
  • Termination of enrolment due to breach of centre policies

4. Third-Party Payments

Payments made via third-party introducers, agents, or partners are also subject to this policy. Aspen Education Sdn Bhd (The KIDS Academy) is not responsible for any refund arrangements or representations made by third parties.

5. Transfers & Adjustments

  • Fees are non-transferable to other students, programmes, or future terms unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
  • Any approved adjustments are made solely at the discretion of the centre and do not constitute a refund.

6. Programme Changes or Cancellation by the Centre

In the unlikely event that Aspen Education Sdn Bhd (The KIDS Academy) cancels a programme or is unable to deliver services, the centre reserves the right to:

  • Offer a replacement class, programme, or alternative arrangement; or
  • Provide a credit note for future use within a specified validity period

No cash refunds will be issued.

7. Acknowledgement

By enrolling and making payment, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Returns Policy and accept that all payments are final and non-refundable.
